She was predeceased by: her grandfather Terry L. Middleton I; and her great-grandparent Marlin Middleton. She is survived by: her parents, Terence Lee Middleton II and Tameria Lynn Belcher Middleton; her sister Heather Middleton; and her grandparents, Elaine, Larry Belcher, Kenneth and Brenda Pritt. She is also survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles, cousins and extended family.
