He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Parrott and Thelma Parrott; and his brother William "Bill" Parrott. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Parrott; his daughters, Crystal Parrott and Stephanie Cagle (Matthew); and his grandson Lukas Cagle. He is also survived by many nephews and cousins.
