It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Robertson (Haw River, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph H. Robertson, Jr; and her half-brother Hal Wood. She is survived by: her children, Joey Robertson (Angela) of Chapel Hill, Douglas Robertson (Sandra) of Haw River, Danny Collins of Hillsborough and Beth Freeman (Jerry Blalock) of Efland; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Catlett (Donnie) of Snow Camp, Alex Freeman of Chicago, IL, Kathryn Gould (Russell) of Fallon, NV, Walker Freeman of Efland, Joseph Robertson IV of Chapel Hill and Carson Shatley of Chapel Hill.
