We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2020, at the age of 87, Eugene Bridges of Haw River, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Daphne Kidd Bridges; his parent Ruby Bridges Baldwin; his stepfather Charlie Baldwin; his brothers, Frederick P. Bridges, Daniel E. Bridges, Franklin W. Bridges and Richard A. Bridges; and his pets, Lady Bug and Bo Bo.
He is survived by: his close friends, Lady Bug and Bo Bo; his siblings, Clemmie B. Garner (Billy) of Mebane, Robert D. Bridges (Annette) of Mebane and Phillip A. Bridges (Kathleen) of Mebane; and his brother-in-law Jimmy J. Kidd (Jean) of Elon. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
