She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Lee Faucette, Sr.; her parents, Charley M. Black and Bessie Orman Black; her siblings, Ruby Quakenbush, Hazel Simpson, Opal Maddux and Melvin Black; and her grandchildren, Jamie Dalton and Debbie Capps.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Wightman (Tim) of Snow Camp, Donna Jean Ashley (Donnie) of Snow Camp, Carolyn Capps of Burlington and Donald L. Faucette, Jr. (Patricia) of Haw River. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
