He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Coleman Payne; and his father William Ralph Payne. He is survived by: his mother Faye Payne Alexander; his son Jason Payne (Crystal); his stepson Scott Walker; his grandchildren, Jace Walker, Taryn and Tyler Payne; his sister Louisa Payne Allen; his nephew Carr Allen (Madison); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ellis and Owen; his niece Amy Allen; and his children, Greenville, Attn and Box.
