We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2024 we had to say goodbye to William Roy McNeil of Havelock, North Carolina, born in Appleton, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy McNeil and Rosemary McNeil; his significant other Shirley Ann Huegele McNeil; and his brother Thomas Owen McNeil. He is survived by: his close friend Frank Dansby; his son Steve McNeil of Havelock; and his grandchildren, Riley McNeil and Major McDonald.
