He is survived by: his pet Buddy; his children, Latashua Halbrook (Bobby) of Hubert and William Michael "Mike" Gurganious (Ayme) of New Bern; his sister Dollie Henninger of Beaufort; and his granddaughter Hannah Halbrook.
