She is survived by: her siblings, Ronnie Sharpe of Asheville, NC, Maxine Robinson of Asheville and Ricky Sharpe of Tennessee; the father of her children John Brown Sr.; her daughter Karen Brown; her son-in-law Gene Yarborough; her daughters, Kim Owenby and Gina Brown; and her grandchildren, Dyllan, Kelsey, Michael, Haillie, Johnalon and John. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
