He is survived by: his father David Johnson of Orlando, Florida; his wife Rachel Lamb; his children, Katie Scordellis (Clint) of Havelock, Molly Janse of Havelock, David Lamb (Kristina) of Tallahassee and Masen Janse of Havelock; his stepsister Stephanie Harden of Louisana; his brother Robert Lamb of Las Vegas, Nevada; his stepbrothers, Kevin Johnson of Florida and Rusty Johnson of St. Louis, Missouri; and his former wife Charlene Lamb.
