She was predeceased by: her mother Juanita Carey; and her brother William Carey. She is survived by: her husband George Cook IV; her children, Keri Daughtry and George Cook V; and her grandchildren, Patrick Syme, Kathleen Syme, Sara Syme, George Cook VI and Grayson Cook. She is also survived by many loving family members and close friends.
