She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Wiggins and Carrie Wiggins; her husband Garland Clyde Fulcher; and her siblings, Clara Willis and Leland Wiggins.
She is survived by: her children, Etta "Mike" Fulcher Nunnery of Sea Level and Andrew Clyde Fulcher of Morehead City; her sister Gladys Wiggins Lewis of Marshallberg; her grandchildren, Michael Lupton, Dante Dino III, Dana Elliott and Victoria Simmons; her great grandchildren, Michaela Lupton, Andrew Lupton, Tristyn Dino, Sebastian Dino and Alex Lopez Goodwin; and her friend Samuel Lee Willis of Harkers Island.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sea Level Methodist Church or Carteret Hospice.
