Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Virginia Strickhouser of Harrisburg, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 77, on June 11, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Renwick Wilkes Jr. and Elizabeth Triplett Wilkes; her brother James Renwick Wilkes III; and her cousin Joyce Kincaid. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Brantley (Artie Craig) and Robert Strickhouser; her grandchildren, Cameron, Erica, Meredith and Adam Brantley; her brother Charles Wilkes (Shelia); and her cousins, Clayton Ramsey, Sue Ann Gibbs, Amanda Triplett and Richard Triplett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
