With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen Micheal Austin of Harrisburg, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Betty Austin, Linda Williams and Crystal Williams; and his uncles, Jimmy, David Austin and David Steele.
He is survived by: his parents, Mark Austin and LuAnn Austin of Harrisburg, NC; his brother John Austin of Harrisburg, NC; his children, Taylor Austin and Ryker Austin; and his grandfather Ronnie Williams of Kannapolis, NC.. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg (12115 University City Blvd, Harrisburg, NC 28075). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg Chapel (12115 University City Blvd, Harrisburg, NC 28075).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blessed Hope Church of Harrisburg, or Met by Love Ministries in Shelby, NC.
