She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Lee Smith and Margaret Huneycutt Smith; her husband Bobby Ray Blackwell, Sr.; her grandson Thadeus Reed Wallace; her siblings, Peggy Sue Warren and James Millard Smith; and her daughter-in-law Tanya Wallace.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Wallace, Jimmy Wayne Wallace, Kenny Wallace, Darrell Wallace and Gerald Wallace (Angela); and her siblings, Magaline Riddle, Kay Rogers, Wayne Smith and Sylvane Eudy. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
