He is survived by: his wife Pam Blackwell; his mother Janice Stuart; his children, Chris Blackwell, Jan Hinnant (Jimmy), Patrick Blackwell (Jane), Ashley Connell (Danny), Lisa Robbins (Chris) and Tony Belk (Megan); and his siblings, Bill Blackwell and Dawn Russell.
