She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Miller and Helen Pierce Miller. She is survived by: her husband Herman McDade of Harrisburg; her children, Stacey Foreman (DJ) of Harrisburg, Jennifer Reavis of Winston-Salem and Allen McDade (Tess) of Keysville, GA; her grandsons, Eli, James, Lucas and Liam; and her siblings, Richard Miller of Charlotte and Betty Jean Hruska of Lady Lake, FL. She is also survived by three nephews; and several other extended family and friends.
