He is survived by: his children, Rodney Lee Alexander (Malia) of Gastonia and Lori Denise Alexander of Concord; his stepdaughters, Kim Stevens Waller and Sharon Whittemore (James); his grandchildren, Jamie (Lisa), Jessica (David), Melissa (Jeff), Tiffany (Phil), Samantha (Josh), Michael, Taylor, Tristan, Brannon, Madison (Chris) and Rayne; his great grandchildren, Emily, Gabriel, Elijah, Jaden, Harrison, Jack, Dakota, Jacey, Astrid, Jaxon, Olyvia, Jacob, Graham, Madaline, Logan, Harper and Kolby; and his sister Carol Alexander of Miami, FL..
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home - Harrisburg (12115 University City Blvd, Harrisburg, NC 28075). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
