He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Felty Blantz and Edgar Felty; his daughter Tiffany; his wife Diane Phillippy; his grandparents, Edgar and Eva; his brother Roderick Percival; and his grandson Tucker.
He is survived by: his sibling Kippy; his sons, Todd (Shannon) and Tim (Lisa); his grandchildren, Tanner (Keven), Abigail, Ava, Skylar, Summer and Tripp; and his great grandchild Troy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
