He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Johnson Sr. and Dollie Lambros Johnson of Portland Oregon. He is survived by: his husband Joe Adams-Johnson of Harrisburg; his son Nicholas Adams-Johnson; and his sister-in-law Melissa Carpenter of Gastonia.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Family Home.
