He was predeceased by: his parents, John Z. Harrill and Bernice Hawkins Harrill; and his brother Michael Harrill. He is survived by: his wife Diann Tate Harrill; his sons, Thad Michael Harrill (Gina) of Forest City, Jason Matthew Harrill (Angela) of Harris and Kevin Joshua Harrill (Deana) of Harris; and his grandchildren, Sydney Wilson (Zach), Brenn Harrill, Grace Harrill, Weston Harrill, Annsley Harrill, Faith Harrill and Katie Harrill.
