It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Davis of Harris, North Carolina, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Davis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtis Rutland (Bonnette) and Leonard Rutland; her husband Harris Wayne Davis, Sr.; and her brother H. M. Rutland. She is survived by: her sons, Harris Wayne Davis, Jr. (Dawna) of Shelby and Robert Ryan Davis of Orangeburg, SC; her brother George Rutland of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Angel Hartzog, Aimee Lynn Bennett, Amber Renee Conway, Robbie Davis, Chandler Davis, Leon Davis, Cissy Tracianne Davis and Tommy Monk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Liz's name to Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Building Fund or The Annie Armstrong Missions offering, 1227 Mt. Sinai Church Road, Shelby NC 28152.
