Barbara Spencer Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Anderson and Naomi Anderson Oursler; her husband Sam Spencer; her stepfather Charles Oursler, Sr.; and her sister Katherine Oursler.

She is survived by: her sons, Gary Tharp of Harris, Shawn Spencer (Martina) of Forest City and Shannon Spencer (Kathy) of Gilkey; her siblings, Jerry Anderson of Good Thunder, MN, Larry Anderson of Good Thunder, MN, Danny Anderson of Mason City, Charles Oursler of Chesnee, SC, Bonnie "Beaners" Linton of Cloverly, Maryland. and Betty Cramer of Cloverly, Maryland.; and her grandsons, Austin and Hunter Spencer.
