He is survived by: his son Preston Hoggard of Greensboro, NC; his siblings, Gomizie Hoggard of Ahoskie, NC, Larry Hoggard of Florida, Gullie Hoggard of Richmond, VA, Steve Hoggard of Plymouth, NC, John Hoggard of Harrellsville, NC, Linda Freeman of Merry Hill, NC and Ann Grandberry of Harrellsville, NC; and his aunt Thelma Outlaw of Cofield, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
