He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Baker, Sr. and Susie Hill Baker; his wife Jacqueline Rowe Baker; and his sister Jeanelle Baker Rowe. He is survived by: his son Michael B. Baker (Marla); his grandson Gabriel of Askewville, NC; and his son Richard W. Baker, III (Hilary) of Raleigh, NC.
