We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2021, at the age of 70, Tonia Shaw of Harrells, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hinton James Thompson and Willie Mae Prevatte Thompson; her former husband Lewis Gattis Riggan; and her nephew Jamie Thompson. She is survived by: her husband John Shaw; her children, Michael Shaw (Melissa) of Dunn, Angela Riggan Shaw of Wilmington, Tammy Riggan (Estee Porter) of Wilson and Susan Jackson (Cory) of Goldsboro; her siblings, Dickie Thompson (Catherine) of Dublin and Gail Sutton (Benny) of Elizabethtown; her nephew Billy Sutton of Elizabethtown; and her grandchildren, Christopher Sanders, Caleb Sanders, Megan Larson, Morgan Jackson, Noah Shaw, Dylan Jackson, Skyler Shaw, Brandon Jackson, Logan Jackson, Payton Jackson, Megan Jackson, Zachary Smith, Alexis Smith and Johnathan Smith.
