He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Warwick and Margaret Phillips Warwick. He is survived by: his wife Deborah E. Warwick; his daughters, Cristy Michelle Purvis (Hank) of Dunn and Amanda Warwick of Greensboro, PA; his siblings, Benjamin Warwick of Elizabethtown, Richard Warwick of Holden Beach, John Warwick of Hope Mills and Dee Warwick of Hope Mills; his grandchildren, Seth Purvis, Isabella Faircloth and Bryce Faircloth; his brothers-in-law, Randy English (Rosa) of Elizabethtown and Mark English (Mary) of Ether; and his close friend Jerry Drake of Bay Town.
