He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Murphy Kerr; and his brothers, Linwood Kerr (Rosalee) and Terry Highsmith. He is survived by: his parents, Julius Kerr Jr. (Nancy) and Isabella Kerr; his children, Glenetta Kerr and Lynette Kerr; his sisters, Julia K. Newkirk, Victoria Robinson (Greg) and Natalie; his grandson Zaiden Pierce; his aunts, Rev. Laura Corbett (Billy), Mary Newkirk, Shirley Kerr and Melva Kerr; and his cousins, Therssa Kerr, Rev. Jerry Corbett, Wayne Chestnutt and Barry Highsmith (Bo-Bo). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
