It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winford Samuel Seegar of Harmony, North Carolina, born in Seffner, Florida, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Denson Seegar and Pauline Prather Seegar; his wife Tita Schnaiter Seegar; his sons, James David Seegar (Jessica) and Samuel Denson Seegar (Lynda); his grandchildren, Taylor Surratt, Samuel Denson Seegar, III, Michael Joseph Seegar, Ian Ray Seegar, Liam James Seegar, Reagan Nichole Surratt, Cody Everett Seegar and Emmalynn Leadaye Seegar; and his sister Elaine Zwicke (Joseph).
