With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victor Collins Troutman (Harmony, North Carolina), who passed away on November 11, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Claude Troutman, Sr. and Nadie Gertrude Ostwalt Troutman; his wife Doris Levan Troutman; and his siblings, Jacob Claude Troutman, Jr., Blanche T. Canter, Hazel T. Gaither, Louise T. Laudate, Lorraine T. Davis and Margaret T. Young.

He is survived by: his children, William S. "Bill" Troutman (Harriet) of Shelby, Elizabeth T. Jordan (Ken) of Belmont and Pam Troutman (Jim Smith) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, William D. "Will" Troutman of Shelby and Sarah L. "Laney" Troutman of Shelby; his stepgrandchildren, Sarah Jordan (Suresh Nagappan) of Greensboro, John and Amy Jordan of Charlotte; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sally and Will Nagappan of Greensboro.
