It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Brown of Harmony, North Carolina, born in Irwin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dink Norman and Elva Lowry Norman; and her husband Bobby James Brown. She is survived by: her children, Bobby "Skip" Brown, Russell Brown, Robyn Medina, Mark Brown and Melissa Milcher; and her grandchildren, Mike Bulla, Elizabeth Thompson, Brandon Medina, Taylor Brown, Trevor Brown, Talley Rakes and Emily Milcher. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
