He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Ritter, Sr. and Myrtle Morrison Ritter; and his siblings, Janice R. Tidwell and Larry Ritter. He is survived by: his wife Judy Crater; his children, Braulio Pina (Lissette) and Blanca Lynn (Chris); his grandchildren, Danilo Pina, Ashley Lynn, Daniel Pina, Savannah Lynn, David Pina and Emily Lynn; his friend Valentina Ferretiz; his brother Barry Ritter (Donna); and his godchildren, Eliza Campbell Kiser, Sarah Campbell Williams, Courtney Powers, Justin Powers, Jerica Galliher Miller, Byron Allison, Aaron Baggarly and Sherri Baggarly Nawrocki.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Winthrop Friends Meeting (262 Winthrop Rd, Harmony, NC 28634). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at the same location.
