He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ada Shoemaker Hayes and Noey Gaston Hayes, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Margie Campbell of Florida, Barbara Sloan (Wayne) of Harmony and Brenda Fowler (Don) of Nebo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
