She is survived by: her children, Penny Mitchell (Darrell), Monica Hutchens, Kyle Smith (April) and Rev. Joshua Smith (Andrea); her grandchildren, Jacob Mitchell (Megan), Natalie Harpster (Daniel), Kayla Hutchens (Stephen Hicks), Luke Hutchens, Mackenzie Holliday, Naomi Smith, Kaleb Smith, Ansley Smith, Zoey Smith, Reiley Midkiff and Avalyn Midkiff; her great grandchildren, Avery Mitchell and Acacia Hicks; and her sisters, Annette Ratledge and Janie Crews (Jerry).
