It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Layune Barwick Hill of Harmony, North Carolina, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Barwick and Vallena C. Barwick; her husband Bruce Hill, Sr.; and her daughter Barbara Ann Hill. She is survived by: her children, Bruce E. Hill, Jr. (Linda Johnson Hill) of Swansboro, NC and Diane Hill of Kinston. She is also survived by two sisters; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
