He was predeceased by: his parent Ivey Estes; his wife Beverly Shepherd Estes; and his brothers, Ivey Estes, Donnie Estes, Tommy "Red" Estes, Timmy Estes and Bobby Estes.
He is survived by: his mother Martha Lambert Estes; his stepson Michael Shepherd (Amanda Leonard); his siblings, Larry Estes, Lucille Elmore (Bobby), Linda Estes and Vickie Riddle; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Cameron and McKenzie Shepherd.
