Forsythe (Heather) of Wilson, NC; his grandchildren, Eric Braswell, Myaaja Coley, Madison Morales, Bristol Forsythe and Jace Forsythe; his siblings, Anna Forsythe, Jacqueline Forsythe and James Otis Forsythe of Wilson; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Thompson (John) of Zebulon, Laverne Gibson of Wilson, NC, Barbara Deans of Wilson, NC, Angela Cherry (Mike) of Wilson, NC, Rex Gibson of Durham, NC and Dennis Gibson (Shirley) of Greenville, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
