With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Ladd Prevette Frye (Harmony, North Carolina), who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lona Belle Moore Ladd; her former husband Enoch B. Prevette; her husband Paul Gibson Frye; her siblings, Dewey, Shirl Ladd, Lenora Ladd, Carl Ladd, Berlie Ladd, Ethel Stroud and Edith Gaither; and her sons-in-law, Joe Phillips and Terry Keaton.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Hamrick (Keith) of Mocksville, Tenita Smith (Roger) of Elkin, Susan Phillips of Mocksville and Tony Prevette (Tina) of Harmony; and her sister Mary Frazier of Huntersville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild.
