She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Alexander Blevins and Beulah Virginia Sharpe Blevins; her husband Arlen Leverne Welborn; her son Richard Arlen Welborn; her grandsons, David Luther Jr., Jonathan Andrew Welborn and Rusty Shawn Welborn; her great grandchildren, Darrion Wayne Luther and Devin Wayne Luther; and her brothers, Kenneth Blevins, Norris Blevins, Oddie Blevins and Buddy Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Williams and Tim Welborn (Tracy); her grandchildren, Danielle Williams and Tim Welborn Jr. (Mae); her great grandchildren, Abby Welborn, Nicholas Welborn, Emma Welborn, Sawyer Welborn and Murphy Jane Welborn; and her sister June Flynt.
