She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Graham Taylor; and her parents, Oscar Reddings and Collis Hayes Reddings. She is survived by: her children, Patsy Bennett, Patricia Church, Buddy Gene Taylor, Johnny Ray Taylor (Cheryl), Donna Kimmer (Ronnie), James Reddings (Donna) and Tammara McCombs (Charles). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 6 great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dorothy's memory to Hospice and Palliative Care of Iredell County at 2347 Simonton Rd. Statesville, NC 28625.
