She was predeceased by: her siblings, Norman Chaffin, Dale Chaffin, Thurmond Chaffin, Morgan Chaffin, Gary Chaffin and Eloise Chaffin Stephens.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Kurfees Johnson; her great grandchildren, Miles Jordan Furr and Paxton Lee Craven; and her sister Bonnie Chaffin Gunter. She is also survived by married on October 14, 1950, her loving daughter.
