She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Jackson Noel and Alice Frances Ball Noel; her brother Tommy Douglas Noel; and her aunt Maggie Mary Magdalene Mash. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Sue Noel Nowlin and Michael Jack Noel; her sister-in-law Karen Noel; and also Jessica Lynn Blackwood.
