He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Adams Warren and Melvina Thompson White; his daughter Sondra Delane Deans; his granddaughter Latisha Marie Hall; and his sisters, Ruby Lowe and Linda Stafford.
He is survived by: his wife Caroll Elliott Warren; his children, David Adrian Warren (Wendy) of Statesville, Mitzi Dawn Pharr of Stony Point and Tracy Caroll Waugh of Harmony; and his sister Jane Reavis of Statesville. He is also survived by six Grandchildren, and Nine great grandchildren.
