He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Withers and France Withers. He is survived by: his uncle Poo; his sons, Vernon (Hope), Vincent, Virgil (Virginia) and Victor; his grandchild Virna Lisa (Peter); his siblings, John L. Withers (RuDean), Rebecca Parrish (James), Annette Adams (James) and Regina Blackstock; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Baize, Mary Brown, Glenda Blair, Gayle Wright and Shelia Baize. He is also survived by his children he leaves, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
