He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Tilboy" Rose Sr. and Belma Gillikin Rose. He is survived by: his siblings, Belma Tunstall (Henry) of Harkers Island, JoAnne Courtney of Harkers Island and James "Mike" Rose of Harkers Island; his nephew Austin Courtney of Harkers Island; his brother-in-law Kenny Courtney of Ohio; his uncles, Lloyd "Mike" Rose and Robert Paul Willis of Harkers Island; and his aunt Gwen of Straits.
