It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Esther Wooten Paylor (Harkers Island, North Carolina), born in Goldsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Allan and Ruth Lewis Wooten; her husband Monroe Paylor; and her son Jeffrey Kent Paylor. She is survived by: her children, Jeff, Craig Paylor (Tara Mitchell) of Morehead City and Linda Paylor Smith (Jeff) of Wake Forest; and her grandchildren, Matthew Paylor, Brandon Smith and Brianna Smith.
