He was predeceased by: his former wife Donna Ruth Hargett; his parents, George Hargett and Ruth Hargett; and his sister Kay Hargett. He is survived by: his wife Raisa Hargett; his children, Christine Willis (Davey) of Harkers Island, David Hargett (Dorothy) of Harkers Island and Eric Hargett (Debi) of Havelock; and his sister Effie Anderson (Buck) of Hamlet. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
