She is survived by: her daughter Cecila Smith (Tommy) of Harkers Island; her granddaughter Allison Guthrie (Joshua) of Harkers Island; her great grandchild Carrington Guthrie; and her caregivers, Gina Blackwood, Ashley Lupton, Joanne Poole, Deb Willis, Kimberly Willis and Tanya Willis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
