He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashton Styron and Hazel Styron (Guthrie); his parents-in-law, Roosevelt and Gladys Davis; and his granddaughter Amanda Joell Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Styron; his children, Jennifer Styron (Mike) of Gloucester, Larry Wayne Styron (Nancy) of Beaufort and Michelle Tosto (Keith) of South River; his grandchildren, Kelly Styron (Brittany Mossman), Kemp Styron (Katie) and Brittany Piner; his great grandchildren, Finn, Lundy, Emma Kate and Jacey; his siblings, Grayden Styron (Nettie Lou) of Harkers Island, Bill Styron of Beaufort and Anna Meador of Morehead City; his niece Emily Styron of Harkers Island; and his nephew Brett Styron of Gloucester.
