He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Jablonski of Harkers Island; his children, Dr. James Jablonski II (Angela) of O'Fallon, IL and Laura Wollenweber (Scott) of Waukesha, WI; his grandchildren, Kendra, MinHa, Katie and Nathan; and his sister Diane Thompson of Sylvania, OH.. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
